For the Bedford at Lake Catherine Home Owner Association & In an effort to insure that each Homeowner\/Lessee is a good neighbor:
\n1. Each must abide by the Declaration of Covenants (see \u201cThe Green book\u201d).
\n2. Any damage to the common elements or equipment of the Association by an owner\/lessee\/family member\/guest must be repaired\/replaced.
\n3. An owner\/lessee will not park nor position his vehicle to restrict access to another\u2019s property, and all must obey posted parking and traffic signs.
\n4. No owner\/lessee may assemble\/disassemble motor vehicles except within the confines of his garage.
\n5. No clothesline or similar device is allowed on either private or common areas.
\n6. All garbage and refuse must be disposed of in proper containers on specific days.
\n7. Commercial vehicles, campers, boats, trailers (et al) are not allowed on private\/common property overnight.
\n8. Garage doors may remain open only temporarily (the interior view is not usually attractive).
\n9. Complaints about another owner\/lessee\/their family or guests must be made in writing to the Management Company, signed and dated by the complaining party.
\n10. Fishing\/swimming\/boating are not allowed.
\n11. Only household pets may be harbored. Breeds known to be dangerous are not. Dogs are to be leashed and each owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
\n12. Preparing for a hurricane means bringing all outdoor plants\/furnishings into the house\/garage and a reasonable timetable set for removal of temporary hurricane shutters.
\n13. Seasonal decorations may be displayed between December 1 and January 10.
\n14. Window treatments must be white (or white-lined), as seen from the exterior.
\n15. The display of a moderately sized American flag is acceptable (and encouraged).
\n16. Any proposed modification to a unit or its landscaping must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee (A $500 debris deposit is required if construction\/destruction involved; unused balance to be returned) or Landscape Committee.
\n17. No trees shall be removed unless dead, diseased, or to promote safety\u2026 without the approval of the Architectural Control Committee and the PBG Arborist.
